At PENTAX, we stand by the precision of our imaging technology. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your equipment in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PENTAX account and select the 'Return Item' option next to your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely place the camera body, lenses, or accessories in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and warranty cards are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
